1. Seller
Your contract is with [Nome completo ou razão social], [Rua e número], [CEP] [Cidade], Switzerland, email contato@ogumderonda.com ("we"). The shop serves customers in Switzerland and in the countries we ship to: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.
2. Products
We sell religious and ritual items. Many pieces are handmade; small differences in colour, size or finish compared with the photos are normal and are not a defect.
Our products serve religious, devotional and decorative purposes. We do not promise any spiritual, therapeutic or material effect, and they do not replace medical, psychological or legal advice. Use candles, incense and herbs with care, away from children and flammable materials, and never unattended.
3. How ordering works
An order goes through these steps:
- You add products to the cart.
- In the cart, you check and correct products and quantities.
- You log in or create an account.
- You confirm that you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
- On Stripe's secure payment page, you enter the delivery address, choose a payment method and review the summary with all costs.
- By confirming the payment, you place an order with an obligation to pay.
Up to the last step you can correct any entry or cancel by going back to the cart. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You immediately receive an order confirmation by email. The contract can be concluded in German, French, English or Portuguese.
4. Prices and shipping
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The shop is not registered for Swiss VAT (MWST/TVA), so no VAT is charged on the prices.
Shipping costs CHF 9.00 per order and is free for orders from CHF 150.00. The exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees of the destination country may be charged by the carrier or customs and are paid by the buyer.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods shown on the payment page (for example credit or debit card, TWINT or Apple Pay). The amount is charged when you confirm the order. We never receive or store your card details.
6. Delivery
We ship to: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg. Paid orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days in Switzerland and 4 to 10 working days elsewhere. Forged or made-to-order pieces can take longer; in that case the time is shown on the product page.
When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. If a product is unavailable, we let you know and refund the corresponding amount.
7. Returns for customers in Switzerland
Swiss law does not grant a right of withdrawal for online purchases.
We nevertheless offer voluntary returns within 14 days of receipt for unused, complete products in their original packaging. Please let us know by email first. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. We refund the price of the products within 14 days of receiving the return. We do not accept returns of used, lit, or hygienically opened products (herbs, incense, candles) or of made-to-order items.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer living in a European Union country, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example an email to contato@ogumderonda.com). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day we receive your statement, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them. You must send the goods back within 14 days and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Model withdrawal form:
- To: [Nome completo ou razão social], [Rua e número], [CEP] [Cidade], contato@ogumderonda.com
- I/We hereby withdraw from my/our contract for the purchase of the following goods: ...
- Ordered on (date) / received on (date): ...
- Name and address of consumer(s): ...
- Signature (only on paper) and date: ...
9. Defects and warranty
Please check the products when they arrive and tell us as soon as possible, with photos, if something is defective or damaged in transit. The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers the period is 2 years from delivery (art. 210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations; for consumers in the EU, the statutory period of their country of residence). We first replace or repair the product; if that is not possible, we refund the price.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Personal data
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable. The place of jurisdiction is our registered office; consumers may also bring proceedings at their place of residence.
